Eight themes, one connected year. Curio Learns to Enquire anchors the year in eight themes that every Champs book draws on:

• Me and Myself — my body, my family, my home, my school, my feelings and healthy habits.
• Garden Glory — plants, flowers and trees around us, things in the garden and our national flower.
• Amazing Animals — domestic and wild animals, their young ones and sounds, birds, and our national bird and animal.
• Community Care — community helpers, their workplaces and roles, and caring for our surroundings.
• Travel Tales — land, water and air transport, safety rules and traffic lights.
• Foodie Fun — fruits, vegetables, sweet and salty, healthy and unhealthy food, and where our food comes from.
• Space Secrets — the sun, moon and Earth, day and night skies, astronauts and the solar system.
• Aqua and Air — uses and sources of water and air, rainbows and thunder.

Each month’s theme also carries a Scientific Temper question (“Is a star really star-shaped?”, “Why are leaves green?”), a Value, a Life Skill such as bird feeding or preparing lemonade, and an Art Integration activity.

• Curio Learns Mathematics — Pre-maths concepts like big and small or more and less, shapes, days and months, and number writing — learnt through games, movement and real objects before the worksheet.
• Curio Learns to Read and Write — Picture reading, sight words, vocabulary and pre-writing strokes that grow into confident letter formation. At Level 2, separate Uppercase and Lowercase books give each letter form its own focus.
• Curio Learns to Listen and Speak English — Rhymes, stories, picture talk, free conversation and everyday concepts that build confident, natural spoken English.
• क्यूरियो सीखे हिंदी सुनना और बोलना — Hindi that’s heard before it’s written: कविताएँ, कहानियाँ and चित्र वर्णन that build real, natural fluency.
• Curio Learns to Enquire — The theme book of the series: hands-on science and world-around-us activities where children observe, predict, test and explain.
• Curio Learns to Be Creative — Colours, festivals and celebrations, and fine-motor art like thumb printing, tear-and-paste and vegetable stamping.
• Curio Learns to Comprehend and Write Creatively (Level 3) — Word families, short passages and creative writing that help children read for meaning and express original ideas.
